RESEPI KUAH LODEH LONTONG WITHOUT USING DRY SHRIMP (YUMMY, EASY AND QUICK)

Ingredients:
1. Vegetables: Carrots, cabbage, long bean, eggplant and sengkuang. Other vegetables can be like chilies. Follow your colorful creativity. The cut of the vegetables was small and long.
2. Tempeh
3. Fucuk (short scissors and soak) and suhun (short scissors)
4. Tofu
5. Sweet coconut milk (I use palm kernel coconut milk)
9. Lemongrass (tap and dash)
10. Water
11. Salt adds a little bit because in the Seri-Aji shrimp fried rice has salt already.
12. Boiled eggs
Blend Materials
1. Garlic, onion and ginger (I like the onion for many good reasons)
2. Seri-Aji shrimp fried rice (I use 1 small packets) I do not use dried prawns.
3. Knorr anchovies stock cube
4. Raw turmeric (for coloring)
5. A little coconut milk to blend together with the ingredients mentioned above.
Methods
1. Add onion, white, ginger, shrimp fried rice, Knorr anchovies stock cube and raw turmeric with a few coconut milk into the blender.
2. Add ingredients that have been blended into the pot. Add thickened coconut milk, water and add lemongrass. It is possible to heat the pot until boiling coconut milk can enter the tempeh, tofu and fucuk.
3. Then put in a hard-boiled vegetable and followed by a soft vegetable. The carrots tend to have a soft radish. Then come in sengkuang and eggplant. Let's take a moment. Lastly put in a soft vegetable like cabbage and long bean.
4. After all, all the vegetables are in the final place.
5. Serve with boiled eggs
